1. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, it shall be deemed accepted by the customer.
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for packing or shipment. Once processing or shipment has commenced, cancellation requests shall not be accepted.
The Company reserves the absolute right to refuse any cancellation request after an order has entered processing.
2. No Return for Change of Mind
Except where required by applicable law, all sales are final.
Products purchased from this website are not returnable or exchangeable for reasons including, but not limited to:

3. Refund Policy
Except as otherwise required under applicable Malaysian law, all products sold are strictly non-refundable.
Refund requests shall not be entertained for:

Products that have been damaged after delivery;

Delays caused by courier services beyond our reasonable control;

4. Warranty Coverage
Products are covered only by the warranty period expressly stated on the relevant product page.
Unless otherwise specified, the warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship occurring during normal and intended use.
The Company reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether a reported defect is covered under warranty.
Where a warranty claim is approved, the Company may, at its sole option:

Replacement shall not extend or renew the original warranty period.
5. Warranty Claim Requirements
Customers must provide all of the following:

Order Number;

Detailed description of the alleged defect;

Supporting photographs or videos where requested.
Failure to provide satisfactory proof of purchase may result in rejection of the warranty claim.
The Company reserves the right to reject any claim where purchase documentation cannot be verified.
6. Product Inspection
Every returned product shall undergo technical inspection before any warranty claim is approved.
Submission of a product for inspection does not constitute acceptance of the warranty claim.
Inspection results made by the Company's technical personnel shall be final regarding whether the reported issue falls within warranty coverage, subject to any rights the customer has under applicable law.
7. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover defects, failures or damage arising from, including but not limited to:
Physical Damage

Scratches, dents, cracks or broken parts;

Customer-Caused Damage

Transportation damage after delivery.
Improper Installation or Operation
Failure to comply with manufacturer recommendations relating to:

inspection;

lubrication;

calibration;

external adjustments.
Third-Party Equipment
Any malfunction caused wholly or partly by:

third-party software;

modified firmware;

unauthorized components.
Unauthorized Modification

Product alteration;

Tampering;

Disassembly;

Repair by unauthorized persons;

Normal Wear and Tear
Including but not limited to:

cosmetic deterioration;

fading;

discoloration;

expected performance degradation through ordinary use.
External Causes
Damage caused by:

power surges;

lightning;

fire;

flooding;

insects or animals;

natural disasters;

environmental conditions;

acts beyond the Company's reasonable control.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

backing up all data before returning any electronic product;

removing passwords, security locks and accounts where applicable;

securely packaging returned products;
-
ensuring returned products are complete with all supplied accessories where requested.
The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss of software, stored data or personal information.
9. Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing:

Customers shall bear all shipping costs associated with returning products for inspection.

The Company shall determine the appropriate method of returning repaired or replacement products.
The Company shall not be liable for products lost or damaged during return shipment arranged by the customer.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising from any purchase shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid for the relevant product.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages, including but not limited to:

11. Right to Reject Claims

evidence of misuse, abuse or unauthorized repair is found.
Where no warranty defect is identified, the Company may charge reasonable inspection, diagnostic, repair and return shipping fees before returning the product.
12. Compliance with Malaysian Law
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Nothing contained in this Policy shall exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other applicable legislation.
